GenesisJames Such an underrated band. This album is fantastic; probably one of my favorite albums of all time. It's scope in terms of sound, lyrical content, and approach in general is interesting and well crafted. It's a shame that the band is no more, but this album is a prog rock essential, and "Flying Machine" is one of my favorite songs of all time. Favorite track: Flying Machine.

Indispensable ! Favorite track: Flying Machine.

about

Dynamic and dark, New Zealand’s Battle Circus douses the senses with stunningly dramatic ferocity. The four-piece’s reputation for explosive performances and bold, ambitious musical arrangements has led them to take the stage at numerous international festivals.

These three songs tease the band’s debut full-length album, following the post-apocalyptic-themed debut EP, The Half-Light Symphony. Due for release later this year, the new album is unashamedly grandiose in both scale and ambition, and explores the full breadth of the musical ability the band’s live performances deliver.
